At SAVEURVAPE, protecting the safety and health of our customers, employees, and the communities we serve has always been our top priority.
We are closely monitoring the latest reports on the COVID-19 virus from the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control (CDC), along with Federal, State, and Local governmental agencies so that we can quickly respond to ongoing developments.
Our facilities adhere to the highest sanitation and cleanliness standards. Furthermore, the SAVEURVAPE team has worked tirelessly to ensure that our customers experience no service disruption. Fulfillment operations will continue seamlessly, as we have already implemented the following safeguards:
We have suspended all non-essential travel, as well as discontinued in-person customer meetings. Will-call pickup orders, on-site visitors, and non-essential deliveries have been suspended until further notice. Significant measures have been taken to convert all possible staff to a work from home structure, with a prioritization to those team members with a greater vulnerability to the illness. For those functions that cannot effectively convert to work from home, we have begun spreading out work-stations to ensure a minimum of 6 feet of distance between employees.
We know there is industry-wide concern around raw material availability with unprecedented disruptions to the global supply chains we rely on. We have conducted a thorough vendor-by-vendor assessment of vulnerability, and are confident in our inventory position.
