A judge in Utah has overturned an emergency rule banning the sale of flavored vape liquid!

3rd District Court Judge Keith Kelly said that the Utah Department of Health overstepped its authority with the emergency vape ban (instead of using the normal administrative process). 

The ban did not impact traditional, age-restricted vape shops, but overall this is good news as we continue the fight!
